Service Charges: All service charges are displayed on the website/app. Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately.

Price Adjustment: In case of additional work beyond the initially booked service, the price may increase by ₹99 to ₹199 maximum.

Issue Resolution: Any service-related concerns raised by the customer will be addressed and resolved within 24 to 48 hours

Service Charges: All service charges are displayed on the website/app. Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately.

Major Repairs: If a service cannot be completed at the customer's location, YELO will provide pick-up and drop-off assistance. Such services will be resolved within 12 to 24 hours.

Spare Parts: YELO is not responsible for any issues arising from spare parts not provided or approved by the company.

Late Service Charges: Services scheduled or performed after 8:00 PM will incur an additional charge.

Service Confirmation & Cancellation:Once a service is confirmed by the customer, it cannot be cancelled.

Discount Policy: Additional discounts beyond the offered price are not applicable.

Spare Parts: YELO is not responsible for any issues arising from spare parts not provided or approved by the company.

Service Warranty: A warranty of 15 to 30 days will be provided on select services, as specified at the time of booking.

Distance Charges: An additional fee may apply based on the customer's location and travel distance.

Booking Platform: All services must be booked exclusively through the YELO mobile application or official website.

Rufund policy: Any services cancellation by customer on any pre-paid service the money will be Refund within 3-5 working days.
