Refund Policy

At YELO, we value your trust and aim to offer a seamless and fair experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Pre-Booking Cancellation Refund

If a customer cancels a service after making a pre-booking (paid in advance), the following terms apply:

The refund will be processed by YELO within 3–5 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

The refund will be credited back to the customer's original payment method (bank account, UPI, wallet, or card used at the time of booking).

2. Refund Credit Framework

UPI/Wallet Payments: Amount will be credited within 3 working days from the date of refund initiation.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Amount will be credited within 3–5 working days, depending on the bank's processing time.

Bank Transfers (NEFT/IMPS): Refunds will reflect within 2–4 working days.

In case of any delays beyond 5 working days, customers may contact YELO customer care with their booking ID and transaction reference for priority resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund will be processed once the mechanic reaches the customer's location and starts the service.

Service cancellation after technician arrival will only be eligible for partial refund (after deducting visit/inspection charges, if applicable).
